Video casting Summer 2010

A new area of work that Love Live Music has become involved in this year is Pop Videos.
Working with @LeanneFlinn and Partizan we have helped cast the following videos.
The most successful video in terms of chart position has been X Factor contestant Olly Murs. Olly reached number one in the UK charts with his first single "Please don't let me go"

The video filmed in Surrey starred Papa J as a crowd extra. Interestingly he plays sax in the end party scenes and despite the fact there is no sax in the video, the record company decided to keep him in as an older party animal.

This summer we also cast for Richard Ashcroft from the Verve for his anthemic tune Born Again.
All the string players were supplied by Love Live Music and one of the singers. The video was filmed in Airstudios and a long and happy day was had by all.

The latest video that we have been working on is a Plan B video - Recluse. Plan B's album The Defamation of Strickland Banks has created filmic videos and this is number 4 in the series. Strickland Banks is now in prison for a crime he didn't commit, struggling with prison life and finds himself becoming reclusive once outside in the big world. Fantastic production by Partizan and congratulations to Colin Clark on cello for his first video for Love Live Music. Plan B Recluse out October 4th 2010
